RRB Stage II exam is successfully conducted in three shifts. The CBT examination was conducted by Indian railways region wise on 17, 18, and 19 January 2017. The NTPC Main exam pattern will be in multiple choice questions. It was conducted in three shifts. The paper was asked for 120 marks. The questions were asked from General Awareness, Arithmetic, Computer Knowledge, General Intelligence, and Reasoning. The time duration of the exam is 90 minutes. Negative marking is applicable of 033 marks.

Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates will be made strictly according to the performance in the written examination. The merit candidates will be shortlisted and selected. The shortlisted candidates will be called for further rounds. There will be a common preliminary examination for all the notified categories. The Railway Recruitment Board will conduct the qualifying skill tests for the Jr. Accounts Assistant-cum-typist/Sr. Clerk-cum-Typist. Aptitude test is conducted for the post of Assistant Station Master and Traffic Assistant. At the time of interview round the selected candidates have to bring their original documents for verification purpose. The merit list will be prepared only for the candidates who have qualified the aptitude test with 70% weight age being given to the marks obtained in the main second stage exam and 30% weight age being given to the marks scored in the aptitude test.
