ICFAI University Dehradun Btech Admission 2016:  Applications are invited by ICFAI University for admission to four year full time Bachelor of Technology program offered in various branches at faculty of science and technology.   The admission for the candidates will be done at ICFAI University Dehradun.  For more information the candidates can visit the official website of ICFAI.

ITSAT Admission 2016

ICFAI University Dehradun Btech Admission 2016:  The eligibility criteria for admission into B.Tech 2016 is the students must secure 50% aggregate in class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.   Final year students are also eligible to apply.  Final Year students of 10+2 who have not received the original certificates from the Board by 29th July 2016 will be admitted provisionally. Their admission will be confirmed subject to their passing the qualifying exam and the marks obtained in the exam.

Selection Process:  The selection of the candidates into the B.Tech program is made through admission test scores and screening of application.  Weight age is given to their academic distinction, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra co-curricular activities.  Test score of JEE mains/ other national level/state level/Engineering Entrance tests 2016 are accepted.

How to Apply:  The candidates can apply the application in two ways.

Online application:  the candidates can apply by filling up the application form available at iudehradun.edu.in and make payment of Rs. 300/- by credit or debit card.   Alternatively the candidates can fill their details and download the application form and send it to the Admission Officer along with the Demand Draft Rs. 700/-

Download of Application Form:  The candidates can download the application form and send it to the admission office along with demand draft Rs. 300.  The DD should be drawn in favor of the ICFAI University, Dehradun – Fee collection A/c.

Exam Pattern for ITSAT 2017: 

Online Exam:  The exam will be computer based test format.  The time duration for the exam is 2 hours in 2-3 sessions per day at the exam centers all over India.

Offline Exam:  The exam will be paper based exam.  Time duration for the exam is 2 hours.

Both online and offline test constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in multiple choice format.  Each subject will contain 30 questions.

Important Dates: 

  • Last date for application submission: 20th April, 2017.
  • Offline line exam: May 07, 2017
  • Online exam: May 08, 2017 to May 20, 2017
  • Result declaration: May 30, 2017
