It is a national level entrance examination commence once in a year in the month of May. CLAT exam is organized for granting admission in Integrated L.L.B and L.L.M courses offered by 18 National Law Universities of India. PG Programme: The applicants must have a minimum of 55% marks in qualifying examination of LLB or integrated LLB or other equivalent examination from a Govt recognized university or institutions as per the CLAT 2017 notification.
UG Programme: The applicants must have a minimum 45% marks in 12th class or Higher Secondary Examination from Government recognized university.

- The fee for SC/ST candidates: 3,500/-
CLAT Admit Card: The admit card is a mandatory document. The applicants can download the admit card from the website. The admit card will be issued to the applicants who submit their application form before closing date.
CLAT Exam Pattern: The subjects covered in exam are General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, Elementary Mathematics and English comprehension. The time duration of the exam is two hours.
CLAT Result: The applicants can view their results on the official website. The CLAT result notification date will be release on the website.
CLAT Counseling: The applicants with merit performance will be shortlisted and called for counseling. Counseling is the final round to decide whether the applicant is selected or rejected. At the time of counseling the applicants must produce the original documents. The fee for attending counseling is Rs. 50,000 which can transfer via online/offline.
